Won Ton Soup

Ingredients
  • 32 oz chicken broth
  • 16-24 frozen wontons
  • 1 tbl low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 bunch baby book choy, chopped
  • 5-6 mushrooms, halved
  • 3-4 green onion, chopped
  • pinch white pepper

Directions

Heat chicken broth in a large saucepan. Add frozen wontons and bring to a boil. While the soup is heating up, add soy sauce and sesame oil

When soup reaches a boil, add the vegetables, and cook another 3-5 minutes until soft. Season to taste with white pepper and serve.
