Meanwhile prepare eggs and toast if desired.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meat and potatoes and cook for about 5-7 minutes until
the surfaces begin to caramelize. Add the onions and cabbage and cook for about 3-5 more minutes
until warmed.
