Quick Chicken & Dumplings
  • cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen green beans, corn, and carrots
  • 1 cup cut up cooked chicken
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock as needed
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1/3 cup milk


Heat the milk, frozen vegetables, chicken and soup to a boil in a 5-quart saucepan, stirring frequently. Add chicken stock as needed to reach desired consistency. In a separate bowl stir Bisquick mix and 1/3 cup milk until soft dough forms. If needed add more milk 1 tsp at a time.

Drop dough in eight spoonfuls onto chicken mixture (do not drop directly into liquid). Cover and cook 10 minutes.
